Our organisation structure includes the support of a committed Board of Management drawn from our local business community, and each of whom has ‘volunteered’ their time and years of experience to share with us.  They provide inspiration and support to the staff.

Our team have many years of providing a superior level of service to both employed and unemployed members of our communities throughout the wide bay region and all hold the relevant qualification for their position in Management, training and assessing or in administration.

Our staff members and volunteers have extensive experience in dealing with disadvantaged groups in the local community, as qualified trainers and assessors, case managers, job matching practitioners and employment officers.

Fraser Coast TESS has a Quality system that provides the cornerstone of our activities and we have certification compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000.

Our commitment to quality is demonstrated not only by our QA status, but by the successfully completed number of DET Audits, DEEWR audits and the completion of internal audits by qualified staff.
