our Success Stories
From Maryborough to Townsville, Gympie to our international students from India and Papua New Guinea,
TESS is proud to walk alongside people from all corners of our region and beyond.
Every learner brings their own story, their own challenges, and their own dreams—and we’re here to support each journey with compassion, respect, and genuine care.
No matter where they come from, our students share one thing: the courage to take the next step. And at TESS, we believe in celebrating that courage.
Through guidance, training, and connection, we help individuals discover their strengths, open new doors, and see what’s truly possible.
Together, we are Changing Lives Through Education—one learner, one family, one community at a time.

YOUTH ENGAGEMENT
Through our partnerships with youth organisations, we’ve celebrated many success stories of young people discovering their career paths and excelling. Hunter is a standout from Bundaberg BAYS’ homelessyouth initiative, who went from homelessness to employment after completing first aid and white card training with TESS.
